To keep user interactions such as a gradebook with data in it, use “archive course”
and then use “restore course” to open the course in Blackboard
(Bb Administrator is the only person that can restore
a course. Instructors can not.)
Note: When restoring (after archiving) a course, you do not have to create a new
course to restore it into. The restoration creates the course for you when you type
in the “destination course name”.
EXPORT COURSE
To keep the course intact to use again (without user interactions), use the “export
course” feature and save it to your desktop. When you want the course, simply
“IMPORT COURSE” from your desktop.
