View Your Grades   (MS Word version with Screenshots)

  1. Click Self Service
  2. Click Student Center
  3. Click Grades
  4. Select the term
  5. Click Printer Friendly Version to print the page.

View Degree Progress Report and What If Report   (MS Word version with Screenshots)

Degree Progress Report
  1. Navigate to the Student Center
  2. Click Degree Progress
  3. Choose the college you are attending
  4. Choose the report type (ADVSR)
  5. Click Go to view your Degree Progress Report

What If Report
  1. Run a what if report to see how your coursework might apply to a different career, program or plan. If you need assistance running the what if report contact the counseling department

View Unofficial Transcript

  1. Click Self Service
  2. Click Academic Records
  3. Click View Unofficial Transcript
  4. Select institution
  5. Select report type (UNOFC)
  6. Click Go

Request Official Transcript   (MS Word version with Screenshots)

  1. Click Self Service
  2. Click Request Official Transcript
  3. Select the institution
  4. Select the processing option
  5. Enter the address information for where the transcript should be sent
  6. Click Submit

View Advisor Information   (MS Word version with Screenshots)

  1. Click Self Service
  2. Click Academic Records
  3. Click View My Advisors
  4. Contact your counselor using the contact information on the page or by contacting the counseling department.

View Holds   (MS Word version with Screenshots)

To view holds (these either hold your records, or prevent you from doing something until you address the reason for the hold)
  1. Click on the details link located in the boxes on the right of the Student Center page.
  2. To view more information click the link located under the Item column.
