Off-campus Center Material Request Form

Loan Periods / Rules

1. The loan period for books is four weeks, and they may be renewed unless someone else has requested them.
2. Books must be returned to the library in order to be renewed if overdue, or may be renewed by phone if due date has not passed.
3. Reference books may be used in the library only.
4. Compact disks may be borrowed for four weeks.
