Books which contain software on CD-Roms or diskettes will not be checked
in unless the software is returned with the item.
Students cannot register for classes or receive grade transcripts until
they have paid for or returned overdue books. Borrowers who have overdue
materials will not be allowed to check out additional items.
Borrowers will be billed $50 per item for unreturned materials; unpaid
bills over the amount of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) will be
turned over to the Accounting Office for collection.
If a book is found after it has been paid for, the borrower must present
the book and the receipt to the library. The accounting office will be
notified to request reimbursement from the Virginia State Treasurer.
