		300-02-00	Enhance the delivery of existing programs.	1030202	Replace network printers on a six year replacement cycle	16800		We depend upon our printers to perform instructional and administrative functions.  Hence, they need to be replaced before they become undependable.
		300-03-00	Improve student access and opportunity.	1030203	Replace Cisco equipment that has reached its end-of-life	6000		This equipment is no longer supported by a maintenance agreement.
		300-04-00	Improve teaching and learning at CVCC.	1030204	Replace desktop PCs, MACs and loaner PCs.  This includes up to 15 portable devices for full-time faculty members.	150000		This is required to comply with the Chancellor's Expectations of a 4-year replacement cycle for PCs.
		300-05-00	Improve transfer opportunities for CVCC students and graduates.	1030205	Replace projectors that have exceeded their useful life.	15000		These projectors do not support the resolution required for some applications and these are not mutl-media rooms--meaning there are no speakers in the ceiling.
		300-06-00	Maintain the graduation ceremony standards.	1030206	Purchase racks to enclose the compressed video equipment at the off-campus centers.	2000	TF	This year a $7,000 unit was damaged because it wasn't secure.  These enclosures will protect the equipment from this type of damage.
