a   Distribute the 20-year Vision and the 5-year Goals for each division and department to faculty and staff for information   Research & Planning Office
b   Develop the Annual Plan for the college within the parameters of the approved 5-year Goals and 20-year Vision   College Departments & Divisions

Step 9
a   Forward the Annual Plan to the SPC for review, critique and approval   College Departments & Divisions
b   Resolve issues with the Annual Plan   SPC
c   Distribute the final Long Range Strategic Plan (20-year Vision, 5-year Goals & Annual Plan   Research & Planning Office
