Mental Health America of Central VA is seeking a full time office manager. 

Successful applicant will have excellent computer and organizational skills and the ability to work independently, with accuracy, while maintaining confidentiality. Common sense and good humor are essential! 

 

Some duties will be to:

 

Ø  Maintain regular office hours and be the first point of contact for the public

Ø  Keep data base current, well organized and user friendly

Ø  Assist with clerical needs of staff such as answering phone, making copies, correspondence

Ø  Assist with programs and events as needed – rare evening and weekend work may be necessary

Ø  Prepare bulk mailings

Ø  Work with bookkeeper to track donations and donors

Ø  Keep all supplies, booklets, brochures, etc. up to date and in stock

Ø  Coordinate and supervise volunteers
